When it’s all said and done, you want your beautiful editorial and design work to be error-free. Completely. There’s no room for error in this business.

I’ve worked alongside editors with PhDs in journalism and laymen who didn’t know stet from serif, AP style from APA style or an Oxford comma from an open paren. That’s okay. I do.  

After years of working on a wide range of communications, I’ve learned to approach each project holistically and can manage all steps of the editorial process from initial research/information gathering to content development, review, editing, fact checking, copy editing and proofreading. And, yes, we all prefer projects to move in that sequential order — but I know how to navigate a project to completion even when things don’t go as planned. 

I can also provide comprehensive editing for brand identity including tone, voice and consistency. Plus, I’m always on the lookout for correct logo usage, layout, typography, photography and graphics.
