Hi there! So, a little about me …
All of my life, I’ve loved to write. No matter where in the world I was living, there was always one thing I felt comfortable doing. That, of course, was writing. By the time high school ended, I couldn’t wait to get to journalism school at The University of Texas at Austin.
In the years that followed, I’ve shared all kinds of stories with the world: How does it feel to rescue someone using CPR? What’s the secret to raising children who aren’t entitled? How does the FBI train its special agents? What’s it like to open a craft brewery in small town Texas? So many questions, so many answers. I’ve loved meeting the people behind the stories. That’s the best part.
Today, I live right between Dallas and Fort Worth with my husband, two children and a Humane Society rescue dog named Joey. I love being a wife, mother and storyteller. I still travel the world — after all, isn’t that how the best stories are found? I’d love to hear yours.
